1. How and where to get a printed catalog?

There is one small consumer flyer published by LEMAX every year in september. It shows a condensed overview of the new products and some of the best sellers. In total this flyer shows about 15% of the complete LEMAX assortment. If you placed an order with us, we add this flyer (while supply lasts) free of charge to your order.

If you would like to get it seperately, please send us a short request in an email to shop@alles-mini.de and we'll send it to you free of charge.

Since alles-mini.de does not carry the complete LEMAX assortment it's likely that the flyer contains products we're not offering.

Currently, there is no other printed consumer catalog available for LEMAX products. Neither from LEMAX nor from alles-mini.de.


2. What scale do LEMAX products follow?

LEMAX products do not follow a specific scale. For LEMAX designers it's more important to balance the scale to get a harmonic scenery. If you look closer to the products you'll find out, figurines will never fit into the housing front doors. But on the other side, once you completed a diorama, everything will fit together very well! If they would follow a static scale, buildings would be bigger and figurines and all other accessories much smaller.

To give you an impression about the scale, all dimensions are listed as part of the product details. Whenever a dimension is given, its always measured between the outer edges in the different directions.

For model railway owners: Figurines fit to Gauge 1 (appr. 1:33), but they look thicker compared to other figurine manufacturers. The buildings fit very well to Gauge 0 (appr. 1:43). All other products (esp. lanterns, animals, trees and fences) fit pretty well to Gauge 0, Gauge 1 but also Gauge G (especially trees do!). For the popular Gauge HO we can't recommend LEMAX products since they are always too big.


3. Do LEMAX products fit to other Christmas Village manufacturers products?

Yes! As far as we can tell, figurines, accessories and buildings for a Christmas village or a Halloween scenery fit very well to similar products of other Christmas Village manufacturers! Of course, there are some differences in style, quality, degree of detail and scale. Finally it's up to you whether you like a mixture or not!


4. I have seen a LEMAX or My Village product which I can not find in your shop, how could this happen?

The complete LEMAX assortment contains about 2,000 products, about 200 are added and decommissioned each year.

Every year, we (www.alles-mini.de) select and add new products to our internet-shop assortment and we are open for your recommendations! So if you found something you like, please let us know.

Of course, you're not incurring a liability. This means that even if we take over the product you recommended into our assortment, there is no liability on your side to buy it from us.

5. Is it possible to get spare parts for LEMAX products from www.alles-mini.de?

As an official LEMAX retail partner we always try to find a solution to help our customers! This means that after you bought a LEMAX product we always try to help if there is a problem. Some spare parts (mainly bulbs) can be found in our internet-shop. For all other questions please send us an email to shop@alles-mini.de.


6. I would like to cancel an entered order - what do I need to do?

Of course, it can happen that you selected the wrong product or that you changed your mind after placing an order. We completly understand this and don't take it personally.

What we would like to ask you for in any case is: Please, send us a short note so we can cancel your order in our system. It's important for us because once you completed your order we reserve all ordered products exclusively for you! So if you don't send us an information, nobody else can buy these products.

To send us an information a short email to shop@alles-mini.de is fully sufficient.


7. I selected Pre-Payment as pament method, how long can I wait to do the payment?

Please transfer the money within 10 working days. If you need some more time, please send us a short note so that we reserve the ordered products for a longer time.
